  1. Data processing in connection with our websites

 

  1. Accessing our website
    When you visit our website, our servers temporarily save every access in a log file. The following technical data, as with every connection to a web server, is recorded without your intervention and stored by us until it is automatically deleted after 50 months at the latest:
  • the IP address of the requesting computer,
  • the name of the owner of the IP address range (usually your Internet access provider),
  • the date and time of access,
  • the website from which access was made (referrer URL), possibly with the search word used,
  • the name and URL of the file accessed,
  • the status code (e.g. error message),
  • the operating system of your computer,
  • the browser you are using (type, version, and language),
  • the transmission protocol used (e.g. HTTP / 1.1) and
  • possibly your username from a registration/authentication.

This data is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling the use of our website (establishing a connection), ensuring system security and stability on a permanent basis, and enabling the optimization of our website as well as for internal statistical purposes. This is our legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The IP address is also evaluated together with the other data in the event of attacks on the network infrastructure or other unauthorized or improper use of the website for information and defense purposes and, if necessary, used in the course of criminal proceedings for identification and for civil and criminal action against the users concerned. This is our legitimate interest in data processing within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

  1. Data related to the application process
    In addition to the salutation, last name, first name, date of birth and nationality, the usual correspondence data such as a postal address, email address, and telephone numbers are stored in the applicant database during the application process. In addition, all documents submitted by you in connection with the application are recorded. This data is saved, evaluated, processed, or forwarded exclusively as part of your application. In exceptional cases, employees of our software partner brought in for support purposes have an insight into the data you have provided. Unless you tell us otherwise, we reserve the right to accept and review your application for other suitable positions within our company. The data can be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting).

By clicking the "Accept data protection", you agree to the storage and processing of your data and provide our company with your personal data for the purpose of a job search or job vacancy. Your consent to data processing is logged. 

Application documents from applicants not taken into account in connection with a specific application for a vacancy will be deleted no later than six (6) months after the vacancy has been filled because by then our company has to fulfill any legal requirements (e.g. compliance with SECO requirements). Regardless of the above, you have the option at any time to have your electronic data deleted by entering the above contact (Section 8).

  1. Use of our contact forms
    You have the option of using a contact form to contact us. The following information is required for this:

We only use the necessary and voluntary data in order to answer your contact request in the best possible and personalized manner. The processing of this data is therefore within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR required to carry out pre-contractual measures or is in our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

  1. Registration for a newsletter
    You can subscribe to newsletters on our website. Registration is required for this. The following data must be submitted during registration:

The data to be submitted as part of the registration are necessary for data processing. In addition, you can voluntarily provide further data. We process this data exclusively in order to personalize the information and offers sent to you and to better align them with your interests.

By registering, you give us your consent to the processing of the data provided for the regular sending of the newsletter to the address you provided and for the statistical evaluation of user behavior and the optimization of the newsletter. 

 This consent provides within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR is our legal basis for processing your email address. We are entitled to commission third parties with the technical processing of advertising measures and are entitled to pass on your data for this purpose (see Section 13 below).

At the end of each newsletter, there is a link that you can use to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. As part of the deregistration, you can voluntarily tell us the reason for the deregistration. After unsubscribing, your personal data will be deleted. Further processing takes place only in an anonymized form to optimize our newsletter.

  1. Opening a customer account
    Orders can be placed on wilmaskitchen.ch. A customer account can be opened for this. When registering for a customer account, we collect the following data:

  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • password

The data collected as well as other data you voluntarily provide is for the purpose of providing you with password-protected direct access to your basic data stored by us. You can view your previous and current bookings or manage or change your personal data.

The legal basis for processing the data for this purpose is the consent you have given in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

    If you make purchases via one of our websites, we need personal data to process the contract.

  • We will only use this data and other information you voluntarily provided to process the contract unless otherwise stated in this data protection declaration or unless you have given your separate consent. We will process the data by name in order to record your booking as requested, to make the booked services available, to contact you in the event of ambiguities or problems, and to ensure the correct payment.

The legal basis for data processing for this purpose is the performance of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

    Cookies help in many ways to make your visit to our website easier, more pleasant, and more meaningful. Cookies are information files that your web browser automatically saves on your computer's hard drive when you visit our website.

7.1 Session cookies

    8.1 General
    We use the web analytics service provided by Google Analytics for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our website. In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and small text files that are stored on your computer ("cookies") are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to the servers of the providers of these services, stored there and processed for us. In addition to the 1 data we may receive the following information:

Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc., a company of the holding company Alphabet Inc, based in the USA. Before the data is transmitted to the provider, the IP address is shortened by activating IP anonymization ("anonymizeIP") on this website within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. In these cases, we use contractual guarantees to ensure that Google Inc. maintains an adequate level of data protection. According to Google Inc.

Persons living in Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Employees of ZFV companies, as well as all external representatives involved in the competition and their family members, are excluded from participation. Persons who gain advantages with unauthorized aids or through manipulation are excluded from participation. Only one entry per email address and person is accepted. In the case of multiple participants, the participant is warned the first time. The ZFV companies reserve the right to delete improper participation. The participants are obliged to provide truthful information about themselves.
